[ it's been such a day, touches the ground. sometime after........ All That, yams can find him at the stage! he's sitting on the edge and drawing in his sketchbook, but he glances up with a smile and a wave. ]
Hey, Yams. Hope I'm not getting in the way of rehearsals or something.
[ look. he's trying to focus on happier things than this entire afternoon. ]
[THAT'S SO VALID. It makes Yasusada smile as he approaches--he'll come sit, if Kazu lets him! There's a bandage on his hand, because sometimes you're stupid in trial.]
No, I was looking for you. I just wanted to see how you're doing.
[It didn't bother him personally, but--yeah. He peers at Kazu's face, looking, for a minute, like he wants to say something else--but whatever it is, he seems to decide it's not worth it, because he looks at the sketchbook instead.]
Ah... That's true. That must have been frustrating for you guys, huh?
[ he nods, and points to one with his pencil. as he speaks, a slow smile pulls at the corners of his lips. ]
That's TenTen - our troupe leader. He's a pro actor straight from the big leagues, but apparently he used to get stage fright for live shows, so he joined us to try to get over that. He's... a pretty harsh critic, and kind of a stick in the mud, but he's really just awkward. He means well, though, and always wants to give the best show possible.
And his acting? Totally inspiring! I can only dream of being that good someday.
That makes sense. A lot of the ones I saw would kind of wreck your motivation.
Huh... Guess I never considered that you guys might get embarrassed like regular old humans do. You just don't seem like the type, and Kiyopi and ZenZen are always so confident.
[That makes him laugh, though it's a happy sound, not unkind.]
They're definitely made for performing! It was a little harder for me at first, but I got used to it. Some of our comrades only do it because Aruji says we have to, though.
w3, sunday

Oh. Um... Sorry if I was worrying you, too.

What are you drawing?

[ he kind of skipped it all week while he was being weird. but he'll tilt the sketchbook a little, so yams can get a better view. ]
People from home - mostly the Summer Troupe. Being here, in the theater... it feels a little weird without them.

Okay. The bubbles have been getting in the way this week anyway... [So even if they'd tried, they probably would've gotten interrupted.
He leans over to look at the picture, curious.]
Will you tell me about them?

[Which is like, fair. He will give everyone a pass this week.
He listens, though, happy to hear Kazu talk--happy to hear him sounding more like himself, especially.]
Heeeeh... some of the other swords get a little nervous or embarrassed too, when we're performing. They're getting better at it, though!

Well, we don't really fight anyone when we're performing, you know. It's just singing and dancing.

...Is any of your music in the music store? Kumopi and I found some that we made before. I'd like to hear yours.

Yeah, if you don't mind.

Are you okay?
