Yasusada disappeared pretty quickly after the trial--unsurprising, most likely. But he can be found around today, looking tired, like didn't get very much sleep.
He nods to her in greeting, which is a step up from Friday, if nothing else.]
[Here she is! In medbay, probably chilling out on one of the beds near the pods, waiting her turn. She's got some bandages on the left side of her head over her ear, as well as her left shoulder. She glances over.]
[WELL he got horrendously sidetracked by sword CYOA crew for obvious reasons, but he's still concerned about group 1, so here he is to check on them!! He brings her a small cup of water, holding it out.]
[Someone is at the cemetery! Just...sitting in front one of the gravestones.]
[The vibes are..............well, off? They're off. Like there's no particular emotion here. Maybe she's feeling everything at once. She only glances over when he walks up, her tone level.]
[WELL........ listen. Sometimes someone else's death means your survival, but you're sad about it anyway, because that person was your friend.
Yasusada, for his part, looks very tired--but relatively steady, at least compared to yesterday. The color has faded from his hands, and it's only his hair that's reflective of the night sky now. His bandages are fresh, and his injuries are so mild compared to BUTTERFLY POISONING.]
...She fought well.
[Normally, he thinks, he would've wanted to see something more straightforward, a clash of blades without magic or tricks. But... he can't fault Roxana for doing what came naturally to her. For clinging to survival however she could. It's something he understands far, far better, now than he once did.]
[WELL Yasusada is here--probably just to come quietly tend to some plants, but when he sees her, he actually comes over with purpose. If she'll let him, he will give her a hug.]
It's from Buzen. [And him too, of course--but he'd been meaning to seek her out for this before the events of the weekend.] Too much happened too quickly, after we found those letters earlier this week--I didn't get to pass it on before.
[Sometimes you find some letters and then your grandma goes berserk and your not!boyfriend goes on a CYOA and your in-law and roommate die at the hands of your sweet angel ALL IN A ROW.]

let's do PRE
[A nod back to him - she's also looking better, but then again, Hot Pants always has the stoniest look on her face at all times.]
...You look exhausted, you know. I don't blame you.
THUMBS UP
[It's amazing what rest can do on a good day--amazing what the lack of it can do, too. But... well.]
...I didn't want to close my eyes for too long.
[Nothing he was going to dream about last night would've been good.]

[After like something like that...it was any wonder anyone could get any sleep.]
I hope you get more sleep later. Nobody would want you running yourself ragged. Despite everything.

...Oh. Yasusada.
no subject
I thought this might help.

[Some gratitude rising to the surface as she takes it.]
Have you seen the rest?
no subject
Some of them. [He gave a few people space, for gay and family reasons] If they survive the night, they should be alright.
[A caveat he has to include, unfortunately--it's a fact of this place now.]

Hey. Yasusada.

BUT HERE THEY ARE... he nods at her in greeting, his own emotions the equivalent of "depressed but not surprised".]
What are you doing here?

I'm glad Kashuu was there for you.

WEEK 7 MONDAY
Keeping guard of this place?
no subject
He looks like he's surveying the place, though he turns to greet her when she speaks.]
Oh--hello. Kind of... Kiyomitsu and I are trying to figure out how to change it without messing it up too badly.
[NO MORE BROKEN SWORDS.]
no subject
[Hmmmm.]
Maybe painting the place?
