[Time to hang out at the carnival for food and fun! Or at least the food, Atsushi doesn't look ready for fun. He's sitting on a bench and staring at the sky while he evaluates his life choices.
[He's only in the pods for an hour so I'm sure at some point they'll be in the medbay together?? Anyway he has bandages on his face and throat and his voice definitely sounds strained.]
[Atsushi is curled up on a bed and this is probably after he got podded too, so they can be injured buddies waiting for their next turn in the pods. He's holding Fake Charles to his chest and looking horrible.]
I want to sleep, but every time I close my eyes I see that stage again.
Unsurprisingly, Yasusada is extremely unhappy--wherever Atsushi finds him, he'll notice straight away that all of Yasusada's usual cheer is gone. A heavy air of melancholy hangs over him, and he doesn't acknowledge Atsushi's approach.
He doesn't turn him away either, though; if Atsushi wants to approach and talk, he can.]
Yasusada disappeared pretty quickly after the trial--unsurprising, most likely. He can be found around today, though he looks tired, and doesn't have much more to offer in greeting beyond a small nod. Hi Atsushi.]
[Sweet Atsushi has already dealt too much with sad swords, he deserves this dumb shit. At least this bubble isn't quite so bad?! He already knew swords were stupid,]
The small realm is mostly dark, with the only light coming from a set of stained glass windows. There's no visible furniture in the room, and in fact the only detail that can be seen is that there is some kind of wood floor here.
Atsushi is sitting in the center of the lit up area, with his knees drawn up to his chest. Sad vibes can be had here.]
[Atsushi is at home in his little Animal Crossing house, and he's drinking tea and eating some snacks. As soon as Yasusada arrives he'll pour a second cup of tea though.]
w0, at some point
ANYWAY throws a dart we are at the mansion, because why not. Yasusada is frowning at his hot dog bun with a finger in it... BAD.]
No matter how you look at it, this can't be called food...
no subject
It's better to find someone who can make food and eat that.

There isn't anywhere to cook, though.

He totally has a corn dog hanging out of his mouth when he spots Yasusada, though, and whatever he tried to say is garbled by the presence of food.]

[HIS FOOD. Yasusada just laughs as he approaches.]
Is it better than before?
no subject
Which he does. And then he holds out a corndog towards Yasu. Try it! It's...well, it's food!]
