ZenZen did mention once that there were a lot of you. It makes sense because there were a lot of swords in Japan, right? Of course you'd all have spirits, too.

Yeah. Not every sword has a spirit, but there's probably lots of us still out there.

It can be. But it's pretty lively sometimes, too. We had a matsuri competition once, when a lot of us were there at the same time. It was a lot of fun.

Kiyomitsu was away then--but nobody won, really. It was a tie, but I don't think we cared that much, since we were caught up in how much fun we were having.

That's how it should be, though - especially for a matsuri. You're all supposed to just have fun together.

...Kind of makes me miss doing that stuff.

Yeah. I was kind of hoping we'd get to do something like it again soon.

Then you totes should when you get back! And maybe some of us will even be able to join you guys this time.

Really? [He looks surprised, but not unhappily so.] You think so?

Yeah, why not? It could be totally fun! Besides, I'd hate to not be able to see anyone after we leave the prism.

[aitou]

I'd like that! [Is it allowed by the time government??? Probably not but you know what who cares. Let them fuck shit up.] You know, in the beginning, I didn't think this was a bad place... if we could've gone home and come back freely, I think plenty of us would've liked to visit here.

Right? The idea of the prism is so cool - I really love it! Just... being stuck here forever with the risk of refracting and stuff isn't so great.

Maybe that's why Kazumin was saying we have to fix it, though.

Yeah. I'd like to fix it for the residents, too--if they really decide they want to stay, after they get all their memories back.

Mm, same here. They can do what they want, once the place is fixed up, but you can't exactly make an informed decision if you don't remember things.

I do hope whatever they remember won't be too bad, though. That would just make it harder for them.
