[all of her injuries have been bandaged by now, so they're no longer visible. most of the bandages are under her clothes, so the only real sign something happened is the fact that her hand is bandaged and she's moving much slower than normal.]

Not always, but... humans usually have a reason for killing others. [It might not be a good reason, or a correct one, but they usually have something driving that choice.] But I can't think of one that makes sense.
